where can i get a copy of criminal arrest record for free. i was told to use open acess but i couldn't find. please let me know

my daughterer got arrested because she bitted her boyfriend during a fight .how long will she be in jail and how much will be the bail.

How long are you usually held until they tell you what bail is? Do you have to go before a judge?
